Winvic Construction Customer Service (WCCS) has worked with Healthy Estates Facilities Management (HEFM) for over 12 months to establish our Aftercare service. HEFM manages our Aftercare new build defects profile and is involved with the Customer introductions, EMAINT set up, contractor engagement and regular Customer Review meetings. Their approach has proved very successful and our customers receive a seamless service from site handover.
