Joining Healthy Estates in September 2024, Steve originally came on board as maternity cover but quickly proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. As the business grew, he was offered a permanent role — and now brings both dedication and plenty of laughter to the office. (Just don’t call him Steven — it’s always Ste or Steve!)
Before joining HE-FM, Steve worked in the sofa industry, helping deliver comfort to thousands of homes across the UK. Now, he enjoys the fast-paced and varied world of facilities management, finding real satisfaction in supporting clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Steve is a proud dad to Ava and a keen runner. This year he’s taking on the Abergele Run, adding to his list of personal achievements.
