Since founding Healthy Estates Facilities Management in 2019, Dave has led the company as Managing Director from day one. An Electrical Engineer by trade, he brings over 30 years of senior management experience across the UK and the Middle East. His career has taken him from complex projects such as nuclear submarine bases to large-scale office refurbishments.
One of Dave’s proudest achievements has been building a successful business from the ground up, which continues to thrive today. Despite his leadership role, he remains very hands-on, with a passion for problem-solving and supporting clients. His philosophy is simple: HE-FM is the go-to team that takes responsibility, so you don’t have to.
Away from work, Dave has a lifelong commitment to martial arts training and enjoys an active lifestyle. His hobbies include golf, football, motorbiking, and (when the British weather allows) hosting barbecues with family and friends.
