Caroline has been part of the Healthy Estates team for over four years and loves the fast-paced nature of her role — no two days are ever the same. A real people person, she works closely with everyone from maintenance teams and contractors to directors and clients, ensuring communication and coordination run smoothly.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys going to the gym and competing in padel tournaments, as well as celebrating special moments with a glass of bubbles. One of her proudest personal achievements was completing the 2015 London Marathon, raising funds for Chester Young Carers — a cause close to her heart.
